All Eurocold rental vehicles are meticulously detailed and sanitised prior to collection. We also perform vehicle safety checks on each vehicle, so you can drive away with confidence knowing that there are no safety issues or faults with the vehicle.

Any previous damage to the vehicle is noted on the vehicle condition report, and you’ll be provided with a copy of this report for your records.

The real-time tracking system installed on Eurocold’s vehicles shows fridge performance and gives customers a real-time view of the vehicle location and driver behaviour. So, you’re kept up to date on exactly how your transport operations are running at all times.

After-hours collection and returns

We’re open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm and offer a convenient after-hours collection and return service that allows you to pick up and return vehicles at a time that fits in with your busy schedule.

Convenient payment terms

We accept payment by debit or credit cards (no cash). The first payment plus a deposit is payable upon collection of the vehicle. Account terms are available to approved customers

How our refrigerated truck rent works

Hiring a refrigerated truck from Eurocold could not be easier. Simply bring your driver’s licence and a debit or credit card along to our depot in Rocklea, Brisbane.

Our friendly staff will walk you through the rental agreement and explain the TandCs. Once you’ve paid and electronically signed the agreement (you’ll receive a copy by email), we’ll examine the vehicle together, noting any pre-existing marks or damage.

A team member will also explain the features of the vehicle and how to use the refrigeration unit. Finally, we’ll also go through the procedures you may need to follow in the unlikely event that you encounter any issues. Before you know it, you’ll be on the road.
